They answered all my questions when I called. They delivered the heaters and fan early and answered even more questions. They gave us detailed instructions on use. Talking with BBHOD helped calm my fear of living with and being bitten by pest. Having bed bugs make you paranoid. I told them I still intended to do chemical treatment after the heat. They told me about less harsh options for humans. Their professionalism, low cost, friendliness and patience definitely earned them a referral.

This company is amazing. They answered or returned my many many phone calls and answered all my questions quickly. I was able to rent this equipment quickly. The technicians who delivered the equipment took the time to set it up and demonstrate how to use the equipment and gave suggestions. They even gave travel tips to avoid future problems.
